Order registration services 

To import goods to the country, registration of goods order is a mandatory step that is done through the Trade Development Organization (www.ntsw.ir), so to import goods, first receive a pre-invoice from the seller and register the order.

The right to register an order

The right to register an order is the amount and amount that is determined by law and budget each year and is granted to some goods imported into the country, including those ordered through the banking system or outside the banking system.

The purpose of establishing a system for registering the order of goods, statistical registration and control of technical criteria for imported goods by the government.

Order registration steps for importing goods

1. Awareness of the tariff code of the goods registered in the order

2. Obtaining proforma or sales invoice from the seller of the goods

3. To complete the system order registration form through the goods order registration system for electronic approval by the relevant experts

4. Refer to reputable insurance companies and obtain freight insurance (for importing all goods)

5. Registration of the goods order in the transaction intermediary bank in order to register the goods order (after completing the application form for opening the credit, including the bank form, proforma, insurance policy and license, the order registration fee will be paid)
